To cancel your membership, please do the following:
- Login to your account.
- Click on the messages (
) icon on top of the page. - Select write from the submenu.
- Check system admin as the recipient
- Enter "Cancel my membership" in both subject and content of the message. Optional: Please let us know why you are canceling your account so we can serve our members better.
- Press [Post]
Note: Your account will be disabled within 48 hours. Your login name will remain reserved for up to 60 days. If you want to reactivate your account, please contact us.
