CAS Integration with RCampus

The Central Authentication Service (CAS) is a single sign-on (SSO) protocol designed to provide secure user authentication across multiple web applications. It simplifies the login process by enabling users to authenticate once and gain access to various systems without repeated logins.

Advantages of RCampus CAS Integration:

  • Streamlined Access: Allows seamless access to all RCampus tools and resources using your institutional credentials.
  • Enhanced Security: Protects sensitive data by leveraging secure, centralized authentication.
  • Customizable Attributes: Ensures compatibility with your institution’s unique user roles and attributes.
  • Easy Implementation: Designed to integrate with minimal configuration steps, supported by RCampus technical staff.

  • Port: The port number used by your CAS server.
  • Attributes: To help us accurately map them within RCampus correctly, please send us a list of CAS attributes (e.g. NetID, UUID, Username, FirstName, LastName, etc), their correct spelling and possible values of custom attributes.
