If you have used Gmail or other email account to create your RCampus account, you may not have a password.

It could be that a user with a similar login name as yours misspelled his/hers.  Or, someone who knows your login name is trying to get your password.  

Your login info is only sent to your email address registered with your account.  Please note that we never disclose any personal information to any third party.

# In many cases, students are asked to signup at RCampus in a classroom where everyone else is present.  This can potentially reveal your answers to the security questions to others in class and jeopardize the user privacy.

Consequently, using a security question is moot as teachers cannot create a meaningful security question for each student and may use a generic security question that allows one student to tap into another one’s account.
