A coursework is a learning module such as an assignment, class note, or project. A coursework can be assigned a due date, points, a rubic, and can be time-released. The time release feature allows faculty to set the date and time when the coursework title is released to students and/or data and time when the entier coursework content is released to students.
Faculty can easily create a coursework and reuse it for different class offerings of the same course subject.
Using the coursework builder, faculty can:
- Build time-released content.
- Attach documents to a coursework
- Attach rubric to a coursework
- Set assignment due date and due time
- Set date and time of when a coursework title or its content is made available to students
- Allow or prevent students to submit assignment online
- Allow or prevent students to resubmit assignment
- Allow or prevent students to submit assignment past due date
- Assign the same coursework to multiple classes, each with different titles, due dates and scores
- Reuse a coursework for a new class
- Discuss about a coursework with class using the discussion board attached to it
- Grade student submissions using the rubric attached to it
