There are two ways to build a rubric: from scratch or from an existing rubric.
To build a rubric, choose an option from Build rubric.

Steps for building a rubric
Decide if you want to build one from scratch or revising an existing rubric.
Build from scratch
- Select build from rubrics menu.
- Click on start button next to the Option A.
- This will take you to rubric editor.
(Watch a video tutorial for building a simple rubric from scratch.)
Revise one of your existing rubrics
- Select build from rubrics menu.
- Click on start button next to the Option B.
- Click on edit this rubric () icon next to the rubric you want to use.
- You can now revise the existing rubric using rubric editor.
Use an existing rubric as a template
- Select build from rubrics menu.
- Click on start button next to the Option C.
- Click on the title of the rubric you want to copy.
- Click on the duplicate () icon on top of the rubric and press [yes, copy the rubric].
- You can now customize the copied rubric using the rubric editor.
