Students can easily create multiple ePortfolios for different purposes.

To start building ePortfolios, visit RCampus ePortfolios.
Note: It is important that you DO NOT post any of your personal information i.e. address, phone number, etc. on the public pages of your site.

Creating an ePortfolio
Start an ePortfolio
- From ePortfolios menu select build. (Take me there.)
- Enter ePortfolio title and description and press save. Your ePortfolio with a set of standard menus is instantly created and ready to be customized.
Note: You can restrict access to your ePortfolio with an Access code.
Note: It is important that you DO NOT post any of your personal information i.e. address, phone number, etc. on the public pages of your site.
Build content
Students can easily build content, add documents, upload images, audio and video and create links to other sites.

Side menus are customizable to match the purpose of the ePortfolio.

Change my ePortfolio skin
Students can select a background design from a list of many templates available.

ePortfolio for evaluation
Submit my ePortfolio as assignment
There are two ways to submit your ePortoflio for evaluation.
- From the class website
- Go to class website
- Open coursework link on the left side bar. (see how to access a coursework for details).
- If online submissions are allowed, click on submit or resubmit link placed on top right corner of the coursework page.
- Select ePortfolio under the types of submissions.
- Select an ePortfolio from the drop down menu. Note: You must have an ePortfolio created already.
- Click on submit.
- From the ePortfolio website
- Login to your ePortfolio.
- Click on submit ePortfolio () button of the admin tool located on top of the page.
- There are two options: submit by email or submit as coursework.
- To submit by email, click on submit via email
- To submit as coursework, click on submit or resubmit button next to the ePortfolio title and follow the instructions.
Invite others to access my ePortfolio
- Click on invite () button of the admin tool located on top of the ePortfolio.
- Follow the instructions.
View feedback and grades for my ePortfolio
Students can access their grades and faculty feedback about their ePortfolio in their gradebook.

Inactivate an ePortfolio
- Login to your ePortfolio.
- Click on the + sign next to the sidemenu titled Admin Menu.
- Click on ePortfolio Properties.
- Check the box next to Inactivate this ePortfolio and press [save].
You can also inactivate your ePortfolios right from the my ePortfolios list by following these steps.
- Go to ePortfolios, my ePortfolios menu.
- Click on the ePortfolio in question.
- Select properties from the popup menu.
- Check the box next to Inactivate this ePortfolio and press [save].
Reactivate an inactivated ePortfolio
- Go to ePortfolios, my ePortfolios menu.
- Check the show inactivated box on the top right.
- Click on the () icon next to the ePortfolio in question and select properties from the popup menu.
- Uncheck the box for inactivate this ePortfolio and press [save].
