To import standards, fill out the spreadsheet that was given to you by our support team and send it back to us. We will test to make sure the entries are correct and then import them to your instance:
- code: Unique code for the standard
- title: Standard title
- description: Short description
- description_extended: Extended description
- codeparent: code of the parent standard
- organization: Organization that sets the standard.
- yearversion: year of version number for the standard
- gradelevel: see Entering Grade Levels below
- equivalencies: Code of other equivalent standards
- subjects: comma separated list of subjects (e.g. "Education,Edu,Teaching,TEP")
- keywords: comma separated list of keywords
Entering Grade Levels:
K-12
- K = 1
- 1 = 2
- 2 = 4
- 3 = 8
- 4 = 16
- 5 = 32
- 6 = 64
- 7 = 128
- 8 = 256
- 9 = 512
- 10 = 1024
- 11 = 2048
- 12 = 4096
Higher Ed
- 13 = 8192
- 14 = 16384
- 15 = 32768
- 16 = 65536
- 17 = 131072
- 18 = 262144
- 19 = 524288
- 20 = 1048576
Note: To apply to multiple grade levels, add them up. For example, a 4 year college undergrad will be 8192 + 16384 + 32768 + 65536 = 122880
