An officer is a special member of a group website. Officers are listed on a seperate page.
How to create an officer
- From the group admin menu, select officers.
- In the input boxes, enter officers info.
- If the officer is a current member, select his/her login name from the drop down.
- Press save.
How to change info for an existing officer
- From the group admin menu, select officers. Or from the officers page, click on Manage officers list.
- Click on edit next to the officer in question.
- Officer information will dispaly on top of the list (in the input boxes).
- Edit officer information and press save.
