A document link is the web address of a document from your document center. After a document is shared with a website or ePortfolio, a direct link may be placed on any page of that website or ePortfolio.
How to
After a document is shared, a page displays whom the documents are shared with. At the bottom of that page, a link to this document is diplayed.
- Hightlight that link.
- Go to the website or ePortfolio that the document is shared with (assuming that website or ePortfolio belongs to you).
- Edit a page where the document link should be placed on.
- Add the link to that page.
If you are not the owner of the website or ePortfolio in question, send the document link to the actual owner and ask him/her to place it on that website.
