A Study Group in a secure online community for members to share files and messages.
- Members can create unlimited number of study groups.
- Each study group comes with its own home page, discussion board/forum, member list, document center and calendar.
- The person who creates a study group becomes the moderator and site admin.
- There are no public-access study groups. All study groups are by invitation only.
- Study groups are fully protected from unwanted use and only members of a study group has access its resources.
Create a study group
- Click on study groups menu.
- Select new study group.
- Enter study group title and Access Code and press [save].
Join a study group
- Get Study Group ID and Access Code from the study group moderator.
- Click on study groups menu and select join study group.
- Enter the ID and Access Code and press [save].
Create a study group home page
- Click on study groups menu and go to study group list.
- Select the study group from list.
- To design a page from scratch, select create content or edit content.
- To use and existing page, select select doc.
