A document link is the web address of a document from your document center. After a document is shared with a website or ePortfolio, a direct link may be placed on any page of that website or ePortfolio.
How to
After a document is shared, a page displays whom the document is shared with. At the bottom of that page, a link to this document is displayed.
- Highlight that link.
- Go to the website or ePortfolio that the document is shared with (assuming that website or ePortfolio belongs to you).
- Go to the page where the document link will be placed.
- Click on edit this page/revise this page.
- Add the link and press save.
Note: If you are not the owner of the website or ePortfolio in question, send the document link to the actual owner and ask him/her to place it on that website.
