Can I change a rubric that I have previously created?
Yes. Simply click on the edit button on top of a rubric.
How do I print a rubric?
Please see printing a rubric
How do I email my rubric to my colleague?
- Go to rubrics then my rubrics.
- Click on the email icon () next to the rubric title you want to email.
Note: Rubrics must be in a public mode first.
My rubric says draft, how do I get it out of draft mode?
- Put the rubric in edit mode ().
- At the buttom of the rubric editor screen select Ready to use
- Save the rubric.
How do I search for my colleague's rubric?
You can use our search tool at Rubric Search page. However, if a rubric is made private, you can’t find it. Please ask your colleague to add his/her rubric to the public gallery.
To make a rubric public and available for Rubric Gallery:
- Put the rubric in edit mode ().
- At the buttom of the rubric editor screen select others can view this rubric at Rubric Gallery
- Save the rubric.
You can also ask your colleague to send you a direct link to the rubric by selecting email icon on top of a rubric.
Can I spell check my rubric?
Our current version does not have a spell checker. But, if you use Mozilla Firefox, it has a built-in spell checker that works really nicely.
