Private groups are free and invitation-only online communities. Using our platform, any member or group can create one or more private groups and moderate them under a single account.

Create a private group
- Login to your account.
- Click on the eCommunities menu.
- Select the private groups submenu.
- Select the new group submenu.
- Enter the group title, description and Access Code (which is used as a password to join this group), then press [save].
Join a private group
- Get Group ID and Access Code from the Private Group moderator.
- Click on the eCommunities menu.
- Select the private groups submenu.
- Select the join a group submenu.
- Enter the ID and Access Code and press [click to join].
Create a private group home page
- Click on the eCommunities menu.
- Select the private groups submenu.
- Select the my groups submenu.
- Select the group from the drop down menu or the list.
- Click on the edit page () button to enter the editing mode.
