To cancel your membership, please do the following:
- Login to the account which you want to cancel. (This is necessary for authentication purposes.)
- Click on the messages (
) icon on top of the page. - Select write from the submenu.
- Check system admin as the recipient.
- Enter "Cancel my membership" in the subject line and the reason for cancellation in the message content.
- Press [Post].
Note: Your account will be disabled within 48 hours. Your login name will remain reserved for up to 60 days. If you want to reactivate your account, please contact us.
