To generate a survey report in a matrix assessment
- Open the matrix assessment list
- Click on the report icon next to a matrix
- Note: Only users with Facilitator and Reporter roles can generate reports.
- On the left side, click on the survey
- Survey results will be reported in the content pane
To download survey data
- Follow the steps above
- Click on [Download Data] or [Download Aggregated Data] on top of the results
- Data will download as CSV which in most cases open in Excel
