Matrix Notifications

To receive email notifications for matrix activities, use the notification icons.

Note: Matrix notifications are Off by default.

Note: Cell notification can be set to on, off, or inherit from matrix notification.

Evaluator notifications

Evaluators can set notifications at three levels:

1. Matrix assessment: Set notification for all activities by all evaluatees in that matrix assessment
2. Each Evaluatee: Set notification for a particular evaluatee
3. Each Cell: Set notification for a particular cell for a given evaluatee

Note: Evaluatee and Cell notifications can have three notification settings. On and Off settings override the notification that was set for the entire matrix, while inherit uses the settings of the entire matrix. For example, if an evaluatee notification is set to inherit, it will use the notification level of Matrix assessment.

Evaluatee notifications

Evaluatees can set notifications at two levels:

1. Matrix assessment: Set notification for all cells
2. Each cell: Set notification for each cell.

Note: Cell notification can have three settings, On, Off and Inherit. On and Off override the notification that was set for the entire matrix while inherit uses the settings of the entire matrix.
