To generate a survey report in a matrix assessment
- Open the matrix assessment list
- Click on the report icon next to a matrix
- Note: Only users with Facilitator and Reporter roles can generate reports.
- On the left side, click on the survey
- A report of all survey results for that matrix assessment will display in the content pane
To download survey data
- Follow the steps above
- Then click on Download Data or Download Aggregated Data
- Data will download as CSV which in most cases open in Excel
