Depending on your license, Blackboard and Canvas users may have the option to import student submissions and grades into RCampus.

Accessing RCampus from Your LMS
Canvas
- Open your course in Canvas.
- Click RCampus or iRubric in the course navigation menu (on the left).
Blackboard (Original and Ultra)
- Open your course.
- Locate the RCampus or iRubric tool:
- In Blackboard Original: Click Tools in the left navigation menu.
- In Blackboard Ultra: Click Content, then select Books & Tools (on the right).
- Click RCampus, RCampus Grades, RCampus Assignment, or iRubric.
In RCampus
Step 1: Confirm You Are on the Assignments Page
You should see a list of assignments.
If you do not see the assignment list:
- Click the green arrow icon in the bottom-right corner to open Landing Page Settings.
- Change your landing page to Assignments.
- Check the box to Enable submission and grade import.
- Save your changes and return to the assignment list.
Step 2: Enable Submission and Grade Import Columns
On the assignment list page, you should see two columns:
- Enable Submission Import
- Import Grades
If you do not see these columns:
- Click Landing Page Settings above the assignment list.
- Check the box to Enable submission and grade import.
- Save your changes.
Step 3: Enable Submission Import
- Click Enable Submission Import next to the desired assignment.
- The assignment will be flagged to import student submissions during assessment.
- A confirmation message such as Submission Import Enabled will appear.
To undo this selection, click the crossed-circle (ban) icon.
Step 4: Import Grades
- Click Import Grades next to the desired assignment.
- RCampus will load the grades from your LMS gradebook.
- A preview screen will display:
- Grades to be imported
- Any existing grades (if applicable) for verification
- Click Finalize Import to complete the process.
