Documents can be made available on a web site in two different ways.

  1. Secure documents: Documents in your document center (i.e My Documents menu) are secrue by default. A link to these documents can be place on your web pages (see sharing documents and shared document links).

NOTE: Only members of the website can access shared documents.

  1. Public documents: These documents are made available to public. See public document links for more information.
