Can I change a rubric that I have previously created?
Yes. Simply click on the edit button on top of a rubric.
How do I print a rubric?

How do I email a rubric to others?
- Open the rubric. If it's one of your rubrics, select my rubrics from rubrics top menu, then open the rubric in question.
- Click on the email icon () on top of rubric page.
- Continue with email message and send email.
Note: Rubrics must be in public gallery. To make a rubric publicly available, please see How do I add a rubric to Rubric Gallery.
My rubric says draft, how do I get it out of draft mode?
- Put the rubric in edit mode ().
- At the buttom of the rubric editor screen select Ready to use
- Save the rubric.
How do I add a rubric to Rubric Gallery?
- Put the rubric in edit mode ().
- At the buttom of the rubric editor screen select Add to public gallery
- Save the rubric.
How do I search for my colleague's rubric?
- Use our rubric search tool at Rubric Search page. Only rubrics on the Rubric Gallery can be searched. If you can't find the rubric, please ask your colleague to add it to the Rubric Gallery. See How do I add a rubric to Rubric Gallery for more info.
- Ask your collegue to email you the rubric.
Can I spell check my rubric?
Our current version does not have a spell checker. But, if you use Mozilla Firefox, it has a built-in spell checker that works really nicely.
