Why don't you ask "security questions" for retrieving lost login and password?
- In many cases, students are asked to signup at RCampus in a classroom where everyone else is present. That can potentially reveal the security question and the answer to that to others in class and jeopardize the user privacy.
- Some teachers create accounts for students and hand them out to students. We don’t recommend that, but that happens. Consequently, using a security question is moot as teachers cannot create a meaningful security question for each student and may use a generic security question that allows one student to tap into another one’s account.
