How is my refund calculated?
Refund calculation for monthly subscriptions:
There is no refund and your subscription will not renew at the end of the term.
Refund calculation for annual subscriptions:
If an annual subscription has a monthly option, upon cancellation of an annual subscription, your subscription will be recalculated as monthly and then the balance is refunded. For example, if a monthly subscription is $5 and the annual plan is $45, and the subscription is cancelled after 6 months, the refund amount would be:
$45 - ($5 * 6 months) = $15
Subscriptions that are offered on an annual basis ONLY and do NOT have a monthly option are non-refundable.
Refund calculation when canceling one of multiple subscriptions:
When you make changes to your monthly plan, the current plan is canceled and a new plan begins. You will receive a prorated refund for the canceled plan.
- Example:
- On May 1st, you subscribed to Classroom Plus and Gradebook Plus.
- On May 8th, you canceled Classroom Plus and kept Gradebook Plus.
- Your current plan for Classroom Plus and Gradebook Plus is canceled, and you will start a new subscription for Gradebook Plus only.
- You will be charged for the new plan and you will receive a prorated refund for the canceled plan based on the monthly subscription refund policy.
Refund calculation when replacing one subscription with another one:
When you make changes to your monthly plan, the current plan is canceled and a new plan begins. When you cancel some monthly subscription(s) and add one or more new subscriptions, you will be refunded for the remaining days of the subscription(s) you canceled after you have paid for the new subscription plan.
- Example:
- On May 1st, you subscribed to Classroom Plus and Gradebook Plus.
- On May 8th, you canceled Classroom Plus and kept Gradebook Plus and then added Tests & Quizzes.
- Your current plan for Classroom Plus and Gradebook Plus is canceled, and you will start a new subscription for Gradebook Plus and Tests & Quizzes.
- You will be charged for the new plan and you will receive a prorated refund for the canceled plan without any minimum monthly charge.
