Curriculum maps are tools that outline the content, skills, and assessments included in an educational program, aligning them with learning objectives and standards. They provide a structured overview of what is taught, and how it is assessed, ensuring coherence and consistency across the curriculum. By identifying gaps, redundancies, and areas for integration, curriculum maps help educators plan and deliver instruction more effectively, facilitating better alignment between instruction, assessment, and desired learning outcomes. They are especially useful for continuous improvement, allowing for adjustments based on student performance and feedback.
