Program Objectives are specific, measurable steps that a program undertakes to achieve its broader goals. They bridge the gap between goals and actionable strategies.
Purpose
Objectives:

Characteristics
Effective objectives are:
- Specific and clearly defined
- Measurable using quantitative or qualitative data

Supporting Elements
Each objective can be supported by:
- Outcomes or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Used to track and assess progress
- Program Actions: Operational tasks and initiatives that help accomplish the objective
