Program Actions are specific tasks, initiatives, or projects implemented to meet a defined objective. They represent the operational level of planning within the program review and assessment framework.


Purpose

Actions:

  • Detail how objectives will be accomplished
  • Provide a timeline and responsible parties for implementation
  • Serve as documentation of strategic or operational initiatives


Characteristics

Program Actions should be:
