This page describes the assignment-level reports available in RCampus Enterprise and explains how to generate and download rubric assessment data for each coursework/assignment.


Available Assignment Reports

RCampus Enterprise provides the following reports for assignments:

Quick Report
Displays student achievements directly in rubric format, including performance breakdowns and access to the list of students within each category.
Grade Summary
Displays rubric data by student in a downloadable format and includes links to each student’s individual rubric assessment.
Grade Statistics
Visual report showing student rankings and overall grade statistics.
Competency Report
Displays students’ competency achievements aligned with an academic program.
Advanced Report
A highly configurable report with flexible layouts, visualizations, filtering options, and data download capabilities.


Generating Assignment Reports

Most assignment reports are generated automatically when selected. For more advanced reports, see below.


Downloading Assignment Report Data

Downloading options vary by report type. Please look for "Download" data options on each report.

Generating Advanced Reports

  1. Select Advanced Reports from the assignment context menu.
    • For a quick report, click Download Data (top-right corner) to download the core data.
  2. (Optional) Click Advanced Settings to configure:
    • Filters
    • Aggregation options
    • Demographic properties
  3. Click Generate Report to view visualizations and data report that can be filtered.
  • To save your report configuration:
    • Click Save to store the current configuration.
    • Click Load to reuse a saved configuration in the future.

Report By Assessment

While in the Advanced report:

  1. Select By Assessment on top (next to Dashboard) to see individual assessment charts
  2. Press [⋮] to see more options for displaying average and standard deviations among other options

Other Reports

  • Grade Summary reports are available in a downloadable format by default.
  • Quick Report, Grade Statistics, and Competency Report are primarily visual reports and may include export options depending on configuration and permissions.


Accessing Reports from External LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, Moodle, etc)

  1. Navigate to iRubric or RCampus from your LMS.
  2. Open the desired assignment in RCampus/iRubric.
  3. Click the context menu [⋮] at the top of the page.
  4. Select the report you want to generate.
