An Access Code is used to allow other members to join a classroom, personal website, ePortfolio, group or online community. Leave the Access Code blank to open membership to everyone.

How do I setup an Access Code?
Go to the properties page of your classroom, personal website, ePortfolio, or community, and enter the Access Code in the space provided. Then press Save.
How should I distribute the Access Code to others?
Either use the built-in invite tool or just email the Access Code.
Note: Some entities (e.g. Classes, study groups, private groups, and Tutor Rooms) also require distribution of a system generated ID.
