Our engineers are aware of the time shift for the calendar items during the Daylight Savings Time.  During this time, you will see the correct time but other users viewing your items will see one hour early.  They may also see the item showing a day early depending on the time it starts.

The online calendar allows you to view your calendar items daily (calendar_daily.gif), weekly (calendar_weekly.gif), monthly (calendar_monthly.gif), quarterly (calendar_quarterly.gif) or by custom (calendar_custom.gif) time frame. Detail of a calendar item is viewable by clicking on the name of a calendar item.

Each eCommunity has its own dedicated calendar. All accounts have a master calendar that shows all calendar entries.


Enter a calendar item

  1. Click on a post (task_add.gif) icon located inside the date cell of your choice.
  2. Write a title of your calendar item in Task Title.
  3. Press save.


Change the date and/or time of a calendar item

  1. Click on the name of the calendar item to be edited.
  2. Change the date.
  3. Select either Set time or All Day button.
  4. Press save.


Change status of a calendar item

  1. Click on the name of the calendar item to be edited.
  2. Select a status from a scrollable Status menu.
  3. Press save.


Set a priority to a calendar item

  1. Click on the name of the calendar item to be edited.
  2. Select either normal or high using Priority menu.
  3. Press save.


Delete a calendar item

  1. Click on the name of the calendar item to be edited.
  2. Click on delete button.
