FAQ

I requested my login info but haven't received anything.

If you have more than one email address, please make sure you entered the email address used for creating your account. Also, please make sure that your email address is correct and your ISP does not block the support messages.

I requested my password but I received an email with no password.

If you have used Gmail or other email account to create your RCampus account, you may not have a password. To access your account, follow these steps.

I received an email saying I requested my password, even though I didn't request one.

It could be that a user with a similar login name as yours misspelled his/hers. Or, someone who knows your login name is trying to get your password.

Your login info is only sent to your email address registered with your account. Please note that we never disclose any personal information to any third party.

Why don't you ask "security questions" for retrieving lost login and password?

  1. In many cases, students are asked to signup at RCampus in a classroom where everyone else is present. This can potentially reveal your answers to the security questions to others in class and jeopardize the user privacy.
  2. Some teachers create accounts for students and hand them out to students. We don’t recommend this, but it happens. Consequently, using a security question is moot as teachers cannot create a meaningful security question for each student and may use a generic security question that allows one student to tap into another one’s account.
