A licensing plan is suitable for schools with the infrastructure and support personnel to implement and maintain their servers in-house.

In comparison to other solutions, our licensing plan is the most affordable since it is not based on student population, but is based on the number of installations. This form of licensing allows schools to only pay for their needs regardless of their size.

For example, ABC school has 10,000 FTES (Full Time Equivalent Students) but only 1,000 students and educators use the platform. ABC school can use a single license to manage the 1,000 users and the normal usage growth. ABC saves a huge licensing fee since its total FTES of 10,000 is not a factor in their licensing fee.
