To generate a survey report in a matrix assessment

  1. Open the matrix assessment list
  2. Click on the report icon next to a matrix
    • Note: Only users with Facilitator and Reporter roles can generate reports.
  3. On the left side, click on the survey
  4. Survey results will be reported in the content pane


To download survey data

  1. Follow the steps above
  2. Click on [Download Data] or [Download Aggregated Data] on top of the results
  3. Data will download as CSV which in most cases open in Excel
