Matrix Survey Reports

To generate a survey report in a matrix assessment

1. Open the matrix assessment list
2. Click on the report icon next to a matrix
   • Note: Only users with Facilitator and Reporter roles can generate reports.
3. On the left side, click on the survey
4. A report of all survey results for that matrix assessment will display in the content pane

To download survey data

1. Follow the steps above
2. Then click on Download Data or Download Aggregated Data
3. Data will download as CSV which in most cases open in Excel
