What happens when I cancel my subscriptions?

  • For Document Storage
    • You will be asked to delete the files to reduce the storage size or to re-subscribe.
  • For other plans
    • You will lose access to the data which was only available in the Premium Upgrade.


How is my refund calculated?

Refund calculation for monthly subscriptions:

There is no refund and your subscription will not renew at the end of the term.


Refund calculation for annual subscriptions:

If an annual subscription has a monthly option, upon cancellation of an annual subscription, your subscription will be recalculated as monthly and then the balance is refunded.

  • For example, if a monthly subscription is $5 and the annual plan is $45, and the subscription is cancelled after 6 months, the refund amount would be:
    • $45 - ($5 * 6 months) = $15
