Private groups are free and invitation-only online communities. Using our platform, any member or group can create one or more private groups and moderate them under a single account.


List of features


Create a private group

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the eCommunities menu.
  3. Select the private groups submenu.
  4. Select the new group submenu.
  5. Enter the group title, description and Access Code (which is used as a password to join this group), then press [save].


Join a private group

  1. Get Study Group ID and Access Code from the Study Group moderator.
  2. Click on the eCommunities menu.
  3. Select the private groups submenu.
  4. Select the join a group submenu.
  5. Enter the ID and Access Code and press [click to join].


Create a private group home page

  1. Click on the eCommunities menu.
  2. Select the private groups submenu.
  3. Select the my groups submenu.
  4. Select the group from the drop down menu or the list.
  5. Click on the edit page (edit_page.gif) button to enter the editing mode.
