Benefits of RCampus for edTPA

For Institutions: Create an edTPA Assessment

  1. Open Matrices > Gallery
  2. At the bottom of the page look for edTPA items
  3. Open any edTPA item
  4. Click on Apply to on top
  5. Enter a proper name
  6. Assign it to evalutors and evaluatees

For Candidates: Populate your ePortfolio

  1. Open Matrices > Assigned Matrices
  2. Open the edTPA item from the list
  3. Open Part and Task to upload to
  4. In the submissions area, upload your document
  5. If ready for local assessments, press "Submit for evaluation" at the bottom.


For Candidates: Submit your Portfolio to Pearson

  1. Obtain an Authorization Key from Pearson/edTPA
  2. In RCampus, make sure all areas are completed with your documents
  3. On top of the matrix, click on "edTPA Request"
  4. Enter your Authorization Key and press save
  5. On the next screen, press "Transfer Portfolio Assessment"
  6. Wait for Pearson to complete the assessment. You can check the status by clicking on the same "edTPA Request" button in the upcoming days.
