Actions:

• Provide a timeline and responsible parties for implementation
• Serve as documentation of strategic or operational initiatives

Characteristics

Program Actions should be:

• Aligned with the corresponding objective
• Clearly described and time-bound
• Assigned to specific roles or units

• Upgrade student advising software platform
• Create a rubric for assessing communication skills
