A document link is the web address of a document from your document center. After a document is shared with a website or ePortfolio, a direct link may be placed on any page of that website or ePortfolio.

How to link to shared documents

After a document is shared, a page displays whom the document is shared with. At the bottom of that page, a link to this document is displayed.

  1. Highlight that link.
  2. Go to the website or ePortfolio that the document is shared with (assuming that website or ePortfolio belongs to you).
  3. Go to the page where the document link will be placed.
  4. Click on edit this page/revise this page.
  5. Add the link and press save.

Note: If you are not the owner of the website or ePortfolio in question, send the document link to the actual owner and ask him/her to place it on the page.
