After students take a quiz, instructors can use the following options to allow or block quiz retakes:
- Make quiz as completed. This option will close the current quiz if it's still in progress or if student has not clicked on submit and left the quiz session.
- Allow student to retake the quiz from the start. Clock will be reset to zero to give student full time limit.
- Allow student to continue taking the quiz for the remainder of the time. Student can see and change his/her previous answers. For example, if it is a 20 minute quiz with 10 questions, and student has answered 3 question in 5 minutes, the student can attempt all 10 questions again within a 15 minute time period (remaining time).
- Allow student to continue taking the quiz for the remainder of the time. Student cannot change his/her previous answers. For example, if it is a 20 minute quiz with 10 questions, and student has answered 3 question in 5 minutes, the student can attempt the other 7 questions only and is given 15 minutes (remaining time).
