The invite feature allows members to invite multiple participants to their site at one time. There are two different ways to invite others to join: send a link to an email address or add instantly.

Students can also use the Class ID and Access Code to register into a class. See student registration.

To invite individuals to your class, select the class that you would like to invite participants to. Additional information on class creation.


Steps for inviting people to join your class

Decide if you want to invite students or faculty by sending a link to their email or by inviting them directly through RCampus (RCampus will prompt them to accept the invitation when logging in to the system).


Send link to email

  1. Select invite others in the class side menu.
  2. Click invite online.
  3. Select invite teachers or invite students.
  4. Select email address.
  5. Enter email addresses into box.
  6. Click send invites.


Add instantly

  1. Select invite others in the class side menu.
  2. Click invite online.
  3. Select invite teachers or invite students.
  4. Select username.
  5. Enter usernames into box.
  6. Click add instantly.


To view the status of invites

  1. Click invite others.
  2. Select see all invitations.
  3. You can view all pending, accepted, denied and deleted invites sent via email.
