The online my account page is where you can easily update your profile and preferences.
To go to my account, first log in then click on your name on top of the page.
Contents
Change password
- Select Change password (
) from the side menu. - Enter current password and new password. Re-enter new password to confirm.
- Press change password.
Change email address
- Select My Profile (private) (
) from the side menu. - Change your email address and press save.
Change email notification preferences
- Select Email Alerts (
) from the side menu. - Check box next to the option you want and press save.
Change mailing address
- Select My Profile (private) () from the side menu.
- Change your mailing address and press save.
Add secure Contact Me link to my webpage
- Select Contact Link from the side menu.
- Cut and paste the link to the online editor of the page you want it to go.
- Press save.
Change Contact me setting
- Select My Profile (public) (
) from the side menu. - Click a button next to the contact option you want.
- Press save.
Upload or change your icon, avatar or photo
- Select My Profile (public) () from the side menu.
- Click 'Browse button next to the type of image you want to upload or edit.
- Select an image and press Open.
- Press save.
Change your public name
- Select My Profile (public) () from the side menu.
- Change your public name and press save.
Cancel my account
- Login to your account. This will ensure us that you, not someone posing as you, are sending us the cancellation request.
- Select write under messages menu.
- Check the box next to System Admin located on the right top corner.
- Send a message telling us to cancel your account.
- Press post.
