Update your profile within the "my account" page
The online my account page is where you can easily update your profile and preferences.
Contents
Change password
- Select Change password (
) under my account menu. - Enter current password and new password. Re-enter new password to confirm.
- Press change password.
Change email address
- Select My Profile (private) (
) under my account menu. - Change your email address and press save.
Change email notification preferences
- Select Email Alerts (
) under my account menu. - Check box next to the option you want and press save.
Change mailing address
- Select My Profile (private) () under my account menu.
- Change your mailing address and press save.
Add secure Contact Me link to my webpage
- Select Contact Link under my account menu.
- Cut and paste the link to the online editor of the page you want it to go.
- Press save.
Change Contact me setting
- Select My Profile (public) (
) under my account menu. - Click a button next to the contact option you want.
- Press save.
Upload or change your icon, avatar or photo
- Select My Profile (public) () under my account menu.
- Click 'Browse button next to the type of image you want to upload or edit.
- Select an image and press Open.
- Press save.
Change your public name
- Select My Profile (public) () under my account menu.
- Change your public name and press save.
Cancel my account
- Login to your account. This will ensure us that you, not someone posing as you, are sending us the cancellation request.
- Select write under messages menu.
- Check the box next to System Admin located on the right top corner.
- Send a message telling us to cancel your account.
- Press post.
