IRubric Rapid - Evaluator's Guide

Evaluators (raters or assessors) use iRubric Rapid folder to review assessment items or artifacts and score them using an assigned rubric. This guide walks through the complete rating workflow. You must be added to an assessment folder by your facilitator before you can begin.

Step 1 — Access RCampus
- Login to RCampus directly or through your LMS integration.
Step 2 — Open Your Assessment Folder
- From the main menu, go to Rubrics > Assessments.
- Click the Assess tab to see folders assigned to you.
- Click on the assessment folder title to open it.
Step 3 — Score Items
- A list of assessment items will appear.
- Click on an item title (or Score It) to open it.
- Review the submission — if a document is attached, it will open in the right panel. Click each document title to view it.
- Use the rubric to score the submission: click the appropriate cell in each criterion row to select a performance level.
- Add comments or feedback using the feedback options as needed.
- Press Save.
Next step
A screen confirms the score and provides next choices:
- Open the next item on the list
- Open the next item you have not yet scored
- Re-score the current item
- Repeat until all assigned items are scored.
